As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead critical device launches that connect millions of users to their favorite content, shaping streaming experiences that redefine how people interact with digital media.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex technical program initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring strategic alignment and successful device launches.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that balance technical feasibility, user experience, and business objectives.
- Facilitate cross‑functional communication, translating technical requirements into actionable strategies.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to inform decision‑making and optimize product development processes.
- Champion user‑centric design principles while maintaining technical excellence.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million‑dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
The base salary range for this position is USD – annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, and additional benefits as described.
