Job Title: Sr. Systems Analyst (SAP FICO)

Job Location: Sunnyvale CA

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FICO and proven European rollout experience. This role involves leading the design, build, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions as part of our business expansion into additional European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end initiatives in the Finance domain, ensuring scalable, robust designs and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and design solutions aligned with business goals and value expectations.
• Effectively communicate design decisions, including impacts and trade-offs, to stakeholders.
• Ensure technical solutions adequately address business requirements.
• Perform data reconciliation and migration (in Excel) from legacy systems to SAP.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager for project planning and provide status updates.
• Support business stakeholders with the evaluation and assessment of solution alternatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record of designing scalable architectures that enhance Finance team productivity and efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with fixed assets, AR, and AP open item conversions.
• 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Finance-related business applications.
• Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Revenue Recognition
• Fixed Assets
• Cost Center Accounting
• Internal Order Accounting
• Project Systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in European rollout projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA Finance implementations.
