You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
The team delivers an easy‑to‑consume storage product with industry‑leading performance and scale, unlocking critical AI/ML workloads. Your mission is to simplify data management for datasets, ensuring that customers can train models faster and gain insights more efficiently through a high‑performance storage experience.
We are looking for someone who will lead the strategy and execution of high‑performance storage services designed for demanding workloads, drive the development of scalable storage solutions, identify market opportunities, build partnerships, define technical requirements, and lead product initiatives to deliver a positive storage experience for global enterprise customers. Responsibilities include defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams, driving product‑market fit by gathering technical requirements from customers, managing the product lifecycle from concept to go‑to‑market, and working with sales, marketing, and solutions architecture teams to develop technical collateral, pricing models, and competitive positioning.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience in Cloud storage and the overall public cloud ecosystem including customer requirements, market trends, competitive positioning.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience in product management leadership, within cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.
- Experience launching 0 to 1 products or scaling enterprise cloud services at a global level.
- Knowledge of modern storage architectures, file systems, and the data requirements of computing environments (e.g., AI/ML, Big Data).
- Ability to lead and scale product teams, navigating environments and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions for executive leadership and customers.
US: $240000 – $334000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
