• Take ownership over projects, continue to track and maintain progress, mitigate risks, manage unpredictability, keep teams and clients updated, and manage stakeholders and escalations, coordinate testing, and work with engineering teams to deploy applications all the way to launch.
• Provide insight and drive scalable solutions aligned to strategy and architecture.
• Execute complete system implementation of transformative initiatives and projects, including requirements documentation, system configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification, and resolution.
• Translate business processes and how they map to the predefined Planning and Logistics processes.
• Provide SAP implementation expertise and collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain systems.
• 10 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life‑cycle (analysis, design, build, test, implement, and support).
• Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.

• Experience creating and scaling new opportunities to improve domain critical Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
• Experience working with and influencing cross‑functional leaders to define requirements and manage technical portfolios.
• Expert technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture.
• Experience in full system implementation life‑cycles with Supply Chain solutions.

US: $188,000 – $275,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
