Business Requirements Analysis
Partners with internal business stakeholders to analyze, define and document business requirements and work with IT team to define our requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
Applications Understands business environment and helps to connect/align relevant business stakeholders Participate in Agile based requirement grooming, attending sprints in automation of Network Order Fulfilment for quote to cash transactional orders Drives best practices during requirements gathering and modeling Reviews functional designs for applications, integrations and conversions and work closely with BSAs and DEV teams to ensure solution meets requirements Ability to work on multiple functional areas and integrations with third party products Keeps up to date with industry trends and vendor capabilities to review robust functional designs Provides inputs into business processes based on design capabilities Obtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders Creates BRD (business requirements document), managing cross-functional and cross-regional reviews Works with the IT and Dev team on solution design and development Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodology;
may design or improve business processes Facilitates workshops to drive agreement where appropriate
