Responsibilities- Resolve customer questions about eGain Cloud SaaS solutions via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, working with product engineering.
- Become an expert in how the product functions and explore different areas to broaden expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
- Functional section – this is a take-home programming test
Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
