The Compliance, Security, and Risk Management (CSRM) team is dedicated to delivering and operating one of the safest, most secure, and resilient technical infrastructures. The team’s mission is to physically protect personnel and assets supporting large-scale data centers and critical infrastructure globally.

As a member of CSRM, you will help foster a culture where safety, security, and resiliency are embedded into every aspect of operations, including innovation and development processes. You will contribute to identifying, assessing, and monitoring enterprise risks that may impact business operations, enabling leadership to make informed strategic decisions. You will work across teams to design innovative solutions and implement industry-leading programs that drive sustainable performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure data warehouses to centralize information from diverse systems and sources.
  • Architect and build scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
  • Develop, implement, and deploy new features to support various technical and operational programs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data systems to enable efficient workflows and data accessibility.
  • Manage and execute technical projects, collaborating with stakeholders to align on objectives, adjust strategies as needed, and manage expectations across multiple teams.
  • Apply agile methodologies and program management tools to improve delivery efficiency and team performance.
  • Collaborate with external partners to identify and implement emerging technologies addressing current and future challenges.
  • Plan and prioritize work across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely roadmap execution.
  • Oversee complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, including tracking schedules, priorities, risks, and progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to advancing product maturity and long-term strategy by working closely with partner teams to deliver key initiatives on time.
Role Summary

The CSRM Technical Operations team is seeking a creative and highly organized Technical Program Manager to help design, build, and maintain security and safety systems within a rapidly expanding data center environment.

This role requires a strong combination of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise to successfully manage critical projects that support operational excellence and long-term growth.

This position offers an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to large-scale infrastructure systems, driving innovation to enhance safety, efficiency, and resilience in complex environments.

  • 5 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) or a related domain.
