Job Duties

Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review capabilities, workflow and limitations. BRD Development for hybrid processes. Design and develop the automation for service delivery, dashboards for cross functional and management review. Develop the dashboard needed for the periodic and on demand reporting needs of the operations team. Design, develop and maintain the Netops Confluence pages for the current and past projects to facilitate ease of access for the release documentation and efficient data management.

Develop and implement the quality gate criteria as part of Cloud exchange solution development cycle. Generate reports from the traffic monitoring tools and analyze the data for downward or upward impact on the number of customer ports. Initiate programs utilizing web-based technologies and Agile, Kanban & Waterfall Methodology. Analyze the source data and enable Business intelligence details for Operations Support.

Understand the business needs and derive new requirements. Author Functional designs and Business case justification documents for the requirements. Design and develop new reports related to Organizational Revenue impact. (Cycle Time Report). Analyze the data from the Remedy system for severity-based incidents and projecting in Performance Report for management review and further improvements in the existing process. Design and composed Network Engineering report across interconnect products for the Organization – Metrics Dashboard for data center and Cloud Computing Operations.

Drive the Cloud service delivery processes enhancement workflows working closely with Net Ops and with cross functional global teams. Drive operational improvements on systems such as network management, alarm management, auto-provisioning systems preferred. Support beta customer and test solution support programs from an operations standpoint.

Require Master's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Engineering, Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field. Require one year of experience in job offered, Software Consultant, Database Engineer or related, using Hibernate, CSS, Apache Tomcat, MAVEN, Log4j, Eclipse, REST API, Oracle. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
