Management Analyst

Xoriant Corporation in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking applications for the following position:
Management Analyst.

Location: Xoriant Corporation, 1248 Reamwood Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 and various unanticipated locations in U.S.

• Create product roadmap and program timelines.
• Maintain product backlog and sprint cycles.
• Assist PMO as core team lead, driving strategies for productivity tools products to reduce security risk and adhere to SOX and GDPR compliance program initiative guidelines.
• Lead multiple initiatives for productivity tools and compliance, for product engineering systems group.
• Create, aggregate the business and functional requirement artifacts, traceability matrix, project estimates and bring to sign off status, working with cross-domain stakeholders to accomplish this.
• Construct project milestones and valid use‑cases.
• Assist in creating and reviewing test plans, test cases and metrics for peer review.
• Create business/functional requirements documents and respective user stories, and help execute them by removing blockers for developers.
• Research and develop efficient techniques for product operations for productivity tools.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with software developers to find perfect solution for stakeholder's needs.
• Perform vulnerability assessment and security audits to provide guidance in achieving sponsored research goals.
• Assist in driving architecture and solutioning sessions with software professionals in analyzing software and data processing requirements involving complex technical integrations.
• Serve as single point of contact for conveying user stories to the development team and mapping fulfillment of business requirements to design artifacts.
• Responsible for developing strategies for executing incident response plans and evaluating their effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demo and retrospective meetings for product initiatives.
• Lead virtual global teams for collaborating phase exit deliverables in sync with business and IT.
• Provide solutions for standard operating procedures from compliance standpoint and analyzing business information.
• Provide program risk assessment metrics for the products and systems to evaluate use requests for new and modified programs.
• Plan, mitigate and escape logged defects and risks in accordance with the program scope and delivery dates.

• Master's degree in Information Systems Security, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• One year of experience in role offered:
  Program Manager, Software Consultant or related, using AD‑Application Mapping, IPAM CLI, automated provisioning workflow, conversion workflow, sprint planning, backlog grooming. Experience may be gained before or after completion of Master’s Degree. Part‑time experience is accepted.
• Travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
