The Walmart Global Marketplace TPM team focuses on driving growth across Walmart's Global Market Place - a key Enterprise priority for Walmart. This team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative technology solutions that support business objectives. Members apply strong program and stakeholder management skills to coordinate complex initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely execution. The team values clear communication, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement to optimize program outcomes.

Working within a dynamic environment, the team contributes to advancing Walmart's capabilities in marketing and advertising technologies to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth. What you'll do:

* Define and manage large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and resources.

* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions, resolving ambiguities and driving clarity in program execution.

* Oversee system design discussions, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance across software and infrastructure components.

* Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues to maintain program momentum and achieve objectives.

* Establish and improve scalable workflows, prioritization frameworks, and operational excellence practices.

* Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.

* Mentor team members on best practices in program and technical management.

What you'll bring:

* 9+ years of experience driving complex strategic programs and managing cross functional outcomes

* Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

* Strong technical expertise in system architecture, software development, and infrastructure design, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

* Proven ability to define and execute program plans, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement processes.

* Skilled in communication and alignment, capable of delivering clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders.

* Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making and impact analysis.

* Experience mentoring teams and fostering high-performance environments to achieve strategic objectives.
