Sr. Director, Product Management, Data Protection

• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for an assigned product area within the Green (DLP, ITM) or Blue (AI Data Governance, Security & Identity Posture Management, and Data Protection for AI) portfolio.
• Define requirements, write specifications, and partner with engineering to deliver high‑quality products.
• Drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through direct engagement, field feedback, and research.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and incorporate insights into product strategy.
• Partner with go‑to‑market teams on positioning, enablement, and launch activities.
• Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver features on time.
• Define success metrics and track product performance after launch.
• Manage trade‑offs and make data‑informed decisions.
• Partner with design on user experience.
• Collaborate with other product managers on dependencies and platform capabilities.
• Provide product expertise to sales and customer success teams.

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• Strong technical acumen with comfort working with engineering on complex products.
• Proven track record of writing specifications, defining requirements, and shipping products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Data‑driven decision making.
• Builder mentality: you write specs, ship products, and solve problems, not just facilitate.
• High ownership, low ego, bias for action.
• AI‑native: uses AI tools daily to accelerate work.
• Experience in cybersecurity, data security, compliance, or related domains.
• Background in DLP, CASB, AI Data Governance, Security & Identity Posture Management, Data Protection for AI, or insider threat products.
• Experience with AI/ML‑powered products.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
