Role
Salesforce Project Manager
LocationSunnyvale, CA (5x/ week onsite)
DurationLong Term Contract
Responsibilities- Owning execution at the capability level for the Salesforce program, including reporting and cross portfolio impact assessment.
- Managing tools used by business teams to stay aligned and communicate internally.
- Acting as a program management function for key cross‑functional initiatives within Sales.
- Tracking and managing project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensuring critical program delivery and assurance of highly visible cross‑functional programs.
- Planning business deployment and tracking activities related to business go‑live.
- Applying strong analytical skills with a continuous process‑improvement mindset; using data to tell a story, drive root‑cause analysis, and extract actionable insight.
- Managing competing priorities and delivering thorough deliverables.
- Minimum of 4+ years managing complex, highly integrated projects with a technical component; experience writing user stories and test scripts.
- Well versed in multiple Release & Change Management styles, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative.
- Strong analytical skills with continuous process‑improvement mindset; ability to use data to tell a story, drive root‑cause analysis, and extract actionable insight.
- Passionate about driving quality and efficiency within a project organization.
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation; fostering positive relationships and communicating at all organization levels.
- Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned from implementation.
- Excellent teamwork skills, ability to influence others, and to quickly establish trust and credibility.
- High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to “make things happen.”
- Self‑motivated, driven individual comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast‑paced environment with high complexity and ambiguity; experience with agile methods.
- Curious, flexible, results‑oriented, and a dedicated problem solver.
- Innovative mindset; ability to think “out of the box,” challenge status‑quo, and incorporate industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMI/PMP certification preferred
- Agile certification preferred
