We are seeking a dedicated Rippling Techno-Functional Consultant to provide expert support, maintenance, and enhancement of our Rippling HR management system and its integrations. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless data flow and process automation, particularly between Rippling and our Net Suite financial application.

Responsibilities:

• Rippling Integration and Maintenance:
• Provide expert support and maintenance for existing Rippling integrations.
• Develop and implement enhancements to optimize Rippling workflows and data management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to Rippling, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Net Suite Integration:
• Demonstrated experience integrating Rippling with Net Suite or utilizing APIs to connect Rippling and Net Suite.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data transfer between Rippling and Net Suite.
• Understand and support Financial impacts of the Rippling to Netsuite integration.
• API Management:
• Utilize and manage APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between Rippling and other systems.
• Workflow Optimization:
• Analyze and optimize Rippling workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline HR processes.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding Rippling functionality and integrations.
• Document integration processes and configurations.
• Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional role, with a strong focus on Rippling.
• Proven experience integrating Rippling with Net Suite or utilizing APIs for Net Suite connectivity.
• Expertise in Rippling administration, configuration, and customization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Experience with API management and integration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Sunnyvale, CA.
• Workday HCM experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
