Business Systems Analyst

Job Duties

• Participate in gathering, documenting, and reviewing business requirements.
• Assist in assembling all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, and actionable deliverables.
• Analyze the requirement, technical design and development of Enovia iPLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
• Elicit requirements from internal stakeholders, collaborate with project leads and software developers to achieve desired business results on acquisitions and new project development.
• Review and clarify user stories and user acceptance criteria with development lead/technical architect to layout technical design.
• Collaborate with business users to document data needs for Data Mart to allow reporting to be available through BI.
• Coordinate the testing changes, change requests and upgrades; ensuring the servers operate correctly in current (SAP PLM) and future environment (Enovia iPLM).
• Manage the Problem Report database and subset of SAP database by working on the stored procedures, functions and triggers.
• Schedule and create SQL queries, macros to run in the server to automate business process.
• Develop ad hoc and automated reports in Access for different business groups and analyze, interpret root causes of data integrity and KPI failures.
• Display proficiency with modules of SAP PLM, Enovia iPLM, web services, Microsoft Access and SQL.
• Provide technical support to issues and user requests raised via PR and reduce the response time to address those.
• Make recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the workflow of the PR system.

• Require Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in information technology, computer engineering, or related field.
• Require two years of experience in a role similar to the one offered, as a software consultant or related, using Oracle Transportation Management, Oracle EBS, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Require travel or relocation to unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
