Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst, Planning

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience designing and implementing supply chain systems.
• 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life‑cycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

• Experience leading solution architecture and systems integrations.
• Experience in implementing full‑cycle planning solutions in the supply chain domain.
• Experience in supply chain planning solutions leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and planning models.
• Excellent investigative and communication skills.

The Business Systems Integration team works to remove roadblocks to progress by building reliable and scalable solutions that fit within Google’s size and scope. Your role involves translating Googler needs into high‑level technical specifications, designing and developing recommended systems, and consulting with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. You will build business applications, influence feature design that improves reliability, define project scopes, and oversee execution.

US: $188,000 – $275,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Partner with internal supply chain business teams and external supply chain partners (suppliers, contract manufacturers, and third‑party labs) to architect and lead supply chain planning solutions with Kinaxis and drive planning process improvements that scale for technical infrastructure supply chain.
• Architect innovative solutions leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response to automate and scale business systems, providing direction for architecture, design, build and support activities required for enterprise software platforms, and drive excellence, performance, and security.
• Define best practices for Kinaxis Rapid Response solution design, development, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution.
• Develop, build, and deploy applications using various platforms and technologies tied to supply chain planning software, working closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, manage implementation, and drive delivery of projects.
