Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience architecting, developing, or maintaining secure cloud solutions.
- Experience with one or more of the following: network security, data security, or regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience architecting or leading the deployment of security solutions for enterprise AI/ML or agentic workloads.
- Experience managing external customer or partner-facing projects to completion while working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience deploying enterprise workloads on Google Cloud or other public cloud environments.
- Experience architecting scale-out infrastructure for AI/ML, GPU computing, or agentic workloads.
- Experience with cloud networking, storage optimization, and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Experience implementing hybrid/multi-cloud migration strategies and infrastructure automation frameworks (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience in customer or partner-facing technical leadership roles delivering joint infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure architecture, systems engineering, or performance optimization.

As the Global Partner Technical Lead for our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of our global strategy, driving the success of our most critical high value and high growth partnerships. You will be responsible for architecting and executing a unified, global technical strategy as part of the overall GTM plan that accelerates growth and achieves our joint business objectives.
In this role, you will be a technical thought leader who will foster strong relationships and alignment across executive leadership, GTM and Product, Engineering organizations. You will be the lead for 1 or more strategic ISVs along with core technical focus areas such as Compute, AI Infrastructure and Gemini Enterprise Integrations and Agents where you will develop and execute partnership strategies.

US: $183000 - $266000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery and long-term strategic roadmaps with prioritized security partners, aligning internal cross-functional stakeholders with partner product visions to deliver integrated, best-in-breed third-party solutions.
- Drive the architectural adoption of Google’s advanced AI capabilities (Vertex AI, Gemini, Gemini Enterprise) within the partner ecosystem to create highly differentiated security value.
- Provide guidance, establish repeatable technical processes and assets, and rigorously validate integrated, end-to-end solutions to guarantee production readiness.
- Identify white-space integration opportunities that expand the ecosystem, successfully driving both partner business and Google Cloud consumption.
- Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partner technologies, influencing Google’s core platform roadmap while presenting "Better Together" architectures at major industry forums.
