Systems Analyst

Gather requirements form Business teams. Analyze, review, and rewrite computer code algorithms. Build out customer facing portal with a modern front-end frameworks. Prepare Project Concepts, Application. Document application’s technical design and specifications and solution. Participate in all stages of the SDLC requirements analysis and definition to design and develop applications, including system utilities for testing, monitoring, and administration of applications. Review Component design specification for changes and update technical solution documents, fix application defects, and improve application efficiency and performance.

Perform peer code review, analyze code changes, identify and suggest areas of improvement in coding, performance and efficiency, and ensure coding adheres to standard guidelines. Prepare Installation Guides, User Manuals, Standard Operational Procedure, Troubleshooting Guides for Operations/Support and Service Management. Investigate and analyze reported defects in a timely manner, and recommend solutions to these problems. Provide technical support to Operations and Infrastructure teams for various deployment environments.

Automate backup, cleanup, system monitoring.
