Salesforce UAT Automation PMO

Location:

Sunnyvale, CA Full Time

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience leading UAT for complex, highly integrated projects
Strong experience with Salesforce platform (Sales/Service/CPQ preferred)
Hands-on exposure to test automation frameworks and best practices
Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum environments along with Waterfall/Iterative models
Experience in Release & Change Management processes
Ability to manage end-to-end UAT activities including test planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Strong experience in UAT metrics, SLAs/KPIs, triage calls, and defect resolution
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Exposure to sales / sales operations domain is highly preferred

Role Expectations:

Lead UAT cycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive issue resolution
Define test strategy, test plans, test cases, and automation approach
Manage release readiness, smoke testing, and production deployments
Maintain UAT documentation, metrics, and knowledge repository
Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure quality delivery
