Job Description:
Business Requirements Analysis
• 7+ years’ experience as Business System Analyst
• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
• Business System Analyst experience in CRM/ERP applications in a multiple application environment is required
• BSA experience/knowledge of Order Fulfillment Systems in Telecom or Data Center Industry is preferred
• BSA experience in Siebel Quote, Orders, Work Orders, Activities, Trouble ticket, Assets experience is highly preferred
• BSA experience in Quote to Cash with a focus on Order Fulfillment, Install Base, Field Service, Service Contracts, Supply Chain in Oracle E Business Suite may also be considered
• Hands on Knowledge in Siebel, SFDC is preferred
