Role:
Sr. HRIS Business Analyst
Location:
Sunnyvale, CA (3 days a week onsite is must)
Job Type: W2 Contract
Key SkillsBusiness analysis (8+ yrs), HRIS, Workday
Minimum Qualifications- 8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience in HRIS domain;
- Workday knowledge;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience of agile software development methodologies.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the HRIS domain.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions within the Workday platform.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather feedback on proposed changes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, etc.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure user satisfaction.
