GenAI Team Legal Subject Matter Expert
Join our client's cutting-edge GenAI team and help build foundational AI models from the ground up. We're looking for talented legal subject-matter experts (SMEs) to bring deep domain expertise and elevate the quality of our AI training data. This is a remote, flexible opportunity to collaborate directly with their AI research teams.
What You'll Do:
- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in your legal domain.
- Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to your legal specialty.
- As a domain SME, you'll set the gold standard for quality and rigor.
- Translate tacit legal expertise into explicit, teachable knowledge for AI systems.
- Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics / evaluation frameworks to assess legal reasoning across tasks
- Design challenging, domain-relevant legal tasks across multiple specializations, and write accurate and well-structured solutions to legal problems.
- Evaluate legal tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data
