The primary focus is on enhancing customer prompt rewrites and contributing to tasks that drive improvements in generative AI models.

These roles are essential for advancing the quality and functionality of content outputs for client's cross-functional projects, including those linked to AI-driven platforms.

• Review, rewrite, and enhance customer prompts to meet high-quality standards, including factuality, grounding, safety, and instruction adherence.
• Summarize complex documents (20-30 pages) into concise, coherent narratives without losing core essence.
• Develop creative adversarial prompts and golden responses for various use cases like business analytics, finance, and code generation.
• Work with JSON data, ensuring accurate rewriting and processing.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses, identifying lost patterns, and ensuring adherence to predefined principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting AI, cloud systems, and product areas.
• Contribute to tasks involving sensitive or challenging content for AI model refinement.
• Conduct prompt engineering tasks using predefined datasets and evaluation criteria.
• Participate in a two-level interview process and provide samples or tests for validation.

• Extensive content writing experience with exposure to prompt engineering, AI tools, and model behavior.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, or similar technologies.
• Experience in creative writing and rewriting, including addressing adversarial challenges.
• Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Models) principles and AI models.
• Experience in content creation and adversarial prompt generation.

• Advanced writing and editing skills, particularly in English.
• Proficiency in handling JSON data and conducting safety evaluations.
• Creative and technical aptitude in content generation for AI models.
• Ability to craft clear, concise documentation and adapt style to context and purpose.
• Work samples showcasing creative, technical, or adversarial writing skills are required for evaluation.

• BA/BS degree in English, communications, HCI, journalism, a writing-intensive humanities discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
