- 10+ years of SAP Consulting experience with deep domain expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

HANA Finance Mastery:
Must have successfully led at least 2–3 full lifecycle S/4
HANA implementations. - Integration Expertise:
Proven strength in FI‑SD and FI‑MM integration to ensure end-to-end financial data integrity. - Controlling Excellence:
Hands‑on experience with Product Costing (CO‑PC), CO‑PA, PCA, CCA, and Material Ledger/Actual Costing. - Financial Operations:
Proficiency in Banking (EBS, Lockbox), Asset Accounting, and Financial Close processes.
- Transformation Exposure:
Experience with digital finance transformation and advanced reporting/analytics. - Global Compliance:
Deep understanding of Tax processing, Local GAAP, and regulatory reporting.
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior SAP FICO Consultant to spearhead finance transformation and system optimization within our S/4
HANA environment. You will serve as the primary functional architect responsible for end-to-end delivery—from requirements gathering to hypercare—ensuring that our financial processes are scalable, compliant, and deeply integrated with our supply chain and sales modules. This role requires a seasoned leader capable of managing onsite/offshore teams and maintaining a high standard of architectural integrity.
- Implementation Leadership:
Lead full-lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, managing requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, and configuration. - Module Configuration:
Own the configuration of core FI (GL, AR, AP, AA) and CO (CO‑PC, CO‑PA, PCA, CCA) modules. - Cross‑Module Integration:
Drive robust FI‑SD and FI‑MM integrations, ensuring seamless financial postings and accurate sub‑ledger reconciliation. - Financial Operations:
Optimize banking processes (EBS, Lockbox) and lead complex period‑end closing activities. - Strategic Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders; translate complex business requirements into high-quality functional specifications. - Team Leadership:
Coordinate deliverables within an onsite/offshore delivery model; mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Process Improvement:
Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance financial accuracy, reporting, and audit compliance.
