Position Summary

We are seeking a collaborative and organized Project Manager to support a large-scale AI transformation initiative within a global enterprise organization. This role will help coordinate projects focused on developing AI-powered chatbot solutions and implementing AI capabilities across multiple regions and business functions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who can effectively manage timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive initiatives from planning through execution. Experience supporting Real Estate and Facilities organizations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day project activities, including planning, scheduling, status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support AI and chatbot implementation initiatives by tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data governance standards are incorporated throughout project planning and execution.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering teams to support data‑related project activities and dependencies.
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, and teamwork across all project participants.
Qualifications
  • Experience managing projects within a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working with Data Engineering teams and data‑centric projects.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance principles and practices.
  • Experience supporting AI, digital transformation, or technology initiatives is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate and Facilities operations is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and drive initiatives to successful completion.
