Senior Oracle Record-to-Report; R2R

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion R2R Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) to join our finance transformation team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials, leading Record-to-Report processes, and configuring Oracle ARCS to automate reconciliations, improve financial close efficiency, and ensure compliance across global finance operations.

• Lead Oracle ARCS implementation and configuration
• Configure Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching
• Design reconciliation rules, format profiles, and data loads
• Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP Financials with Oracle ARCS
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities
• Configure and support Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Configure Fixed Assets (FA)
• Support Cash Management
• Configure Intercompany Accounting and Advanced Allocations
• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain audit‑ready financial processes
• Build financial reports using OTBI and Smart View
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize R2R processes

• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials functional experience
• Strong Record-to-Report (R2R) process expertise
• Experience with:
• Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management
• Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation experience
• Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of Financial Close processes
• Experience with Intercompany Accounting
• Knowledge of Transaction Matching
• Knowledge of Reconciliation Compliance
• Experience using OTBI
• Experience with Smart View
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM Integration
