The Director of Engineering - AI will lead Linked In's Marketing Solutions (LMS) AI Engineering Team, driving the company's B2B Advertising Platform through innovative AI solutions. This role involves leading a team of applied researchers and ML/AI engineers to solve advanced AI challenges in the advertising domain. Key responsibilities include building and scaling the technology stack that powers Linked In's advertising business, encompassing advertiser experiences, ad serving platforms, and ad products.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Operational Research, Statistics, or Economics.
• Over 5 years of experience in management positions.
• Strong background in AI/ML techniques, particularly in the advertising domain.
• Experience managing teams of 40+ individuals, including first and second-line managers.
• Understanding of large-scale engineering systems and big data technologies.
• Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
