The People Operations team is a high-performance function committed to delivering a world-class employee experience through optimized technology, frictionless processes, and robust global compliance. As the People Analytics & Systems Program Manager, you will play a key role in the operations, data, and systems that power Illumio's People technology ecosystem and enable our global workforce to scale.
Your Impact:In this role, in partnership with our HRIS and IT teams, you will help drive the People Analytics and Workday roadmap end‑to‑end from design and build to analytics, deployment, adoption, enablement and continuous enhancement.
You will deliver actionable analytics that enable People team and leadership to make data‑driven decisions with precision. You will partner with IT, Legal, Security, Finance, and the broader People Team to ensure our systems support scale and global readiness.
People Systems & Analytics Optimization
Roadmap & Enablement: Partner with People leaders to shape the People Systems and Analytics roadmap and ensure Workday/Fabric and connected tools (Service Now, Culture Amp, etc.) deliver scalable, employee centric workflows. Translate business needs into efficient processes and drive strong adoption and continuous improvement across the HR tech ecosystem.
Data Trust & Governance: Establish and uphold clear data governance, ownership, and standards across all People processes. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness so leaders can confidently support compliance, workforce planning, and data‑driven decisions.
People Analytics & Reporting
Actionable Insights: Design, maintain and enhance Fabric dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning, leadership reporting, and operational decision‑making.
Strategic Metrics: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle to drive data‑driven People strategies.
Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, HRIS, IT, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and build necessary reports and dashboards.
Compliance, Risk & Support
Audit Readiness & Risk: Manage global compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, SOX) and lead risk assessments for People processes in partnership with Legal, Security, and IT.
User Enablement: Provide training, documentation, and support to users to drive system adoption, data accuracy, and compliance consistency.
Program & Project Management
Strategic Alignment: Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, IT, Legal, Security, and the broader People Team to ensure initiatives meet business needs and scale effectively.
Process Optimization: Drive business process optimization and provide ongoing support to users to ensure data accuracy and compliance consistency.
Lead other projects as required.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS/People Systems with deep, hands‑on Workday analytics expertise (dashboards, embedded analytics). Experience with Microsoft Fabric highly desired.
- Experience in SaaS or high growth tech is strongly preferred.
- Experience delivering Workday enhancements, and cross‑functional system rollouts.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of building dashboards and delivering meaningful insights.
- Skilled project manager able to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
- Experience with systems such as Service Now and Culture Amp is a plus.
