What you'll do:

* Analyze complex business problems using advanced data analytics and automation techniques to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.

* Define key metrics and success criteria to measure the impact and effectiveness of data-driven initiatives.

* Identify, assess, and validate data sources ensuring data quality and relevance for business needs.

* Translate business requirements into actionable data strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

* Develop and present compelling data visualizations and insights to influence decision-making across multiple business domains.

* Mentor team members on analytical methods, data quality standards, and visualization best practices.

* Lead data quality initiatives and monitor performance to enhance business outcomes.

What you'll bring:

* Extensive experience in data analysis, visualization, and exploratory data analysis using tools such as Python, SQL, and Tableau.

* Strong understanding of data quality management, data strategy, and business data requirements to ensure data is fit for purpose.

* Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytics solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

* Expertise in defining key metrics, conducting statistical analysis, and building compelling data-driven stories for stakeholders.

* Demonstrated leadership in mentoring team members and guiding data quality and visualization best practices.

* Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across multiple business domains.
