WhatWill You Do?
As a Sr Applied Data Scientist at Target, you will develop and deploy scalable ML models for search ranking, semantic retrieval, and query understanding. You will design and execute offline and online experiments that improve relevance, engagement, and conversion. Additionally, you will partner with Product and Engineering to balance model quality, latency, and operational excellence while mentoring junior scientists.
