Lead Data Engineer – Data Lakehouse | PySpark | Apache Iceberg | Trino
Location: Sunnyvale, CA / Austin, TX (Onsite)
We're seeking a Lead Data Engineer to architect and build next-generation enterprise Data Lakehouse platforms. This is a customer-facing leadership role focused on large-scale data modernization, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Design Data Lakehouse solutions using Apache Iceberg
- Develop federated query architectures with Trino (Presto)
- Lead cloud migration and data modernization initiatives
- Mentor engineering teams and drive technical best practices
- Partner with customers, architects, and business stakeholders
