GenAI-Fluent Business Process Analyst

We are looking for a GenAI-fluent Business Process Analyst to drive AI adoption across Sales Business Process Reengineering initiatives. This role blends business analysis, process optimization, and hands-on AI solution building (no-code/low-code). You will identify high-impact opportunities, design AI-driven workflows, and enable teams to adopt Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot in day-to-day operations.

1. Process Discovery & Mapping

• Analyze and document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user shadowing sessions
• Build process maps and user journey diagrams highlighting inefficiencies
• Identify automation and GenAI intervention opportunities
• Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact

2. AI Solution Design & Development

• Design AI-powered workflows using prompt engineering and GenAI tools
• Build solutions using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms (no coding required)
• Develop prompt libraries, reusable templates, and workflow playbooks
• Define integration approaches (APIs, data flows, system interactions)
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility

3. Implementation & Adoption

• Manage and prioritize AI use case backlog
• Lead User Acceptance Testing including test cases and validation criteria
• Drive adoption and change management initiatives across teams
• Train business users to effectively leverage AI tools
• Measure productivity gains, time savings, and quality improvements

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Present AI solutions, demos, and insights to leadership
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and retrospectives
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, BPR, Product, and Engineering teams
• Support enterprise-level AI transformation initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in:
  • Business Analysis
  • Process Design / Optimization
  • Workflow Automation
• Strong experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
• Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow design skills
• Good understanding of:
  • APIs and system integrations
  • Data flows and enterprise architecture basics
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
