Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert for the broader organization, embracing emerging standards while establishing best practices to push the limits of what browsers, devices, and AI systems can do. Act as a cross-functional liaison to drive consensus among UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers. Architect front-end solutions that solve high-complexity problems and answer critical research questions. Deliver on large portions of projects by writing code, while influencing product areas stakeholders to align on outcomes that benefit the user.
Design and develop the front-ends of user-facing products, bringing a human-centered approach to research while ensuring engineering and design goals meet user needs. Lead the creation of prototypes to support user studies and decision-making across the entire development cycle from early explorations to product release.
