Planning Intelligence Lead
Advanced experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure planning, capacity planning, strategy, finance, business operations, or management consulting.
- 8 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Finance, or Operations organizations.
- 8 years of experience performing quantitative analysis and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in infrastructure strategy, capacity planning, investment planning, or large-scale operational planning.
- Experience developing executive reporting, planning insights, KPIs, or decision-support frameworks.
- Experience evaluating investment trade-offs, business cases, and planning scenarios.
- Excellent problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex planning problems into clear, data-driven recommendations.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
As a Planning Intelligence Lead, you will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product Areas, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data Science. You will transform complex planning data into executive insights, strategic recommendations, and investment decisions that shape Google's infrastructure roadmap.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
