Nokia seeks a Principal Architect/Lead to own the observability stack, instrumentation standards, and data quality across our distributed AI infrastructure. You will collaborate with Platform, SRE, UI, and UX teams to set best practices and drive adoption of Prometheus, Open Telemetry, Grafana, Tempo, and Victoria Metrics.
You will lead and mentor a team of observability experts, design pipelines with Kafka and ETL processes, and influence dashboards and visualizations with UI/UX partners.
