Our team specializes in building CRM solutions that empower customers to reach out to Apple and seek assistance with their needs or solutions to their problems. The Customer Systems Contact Center Product Engineering team is responsible for developing CRM solutions for various contact centers within the company. As an Engineering program manager in this team, you will collaborate with multiple teams to bring innovative solutions to life, enabling Apple to deliver exceptional experiences to its customers.

• 8-12 years of experience in technical program or project management
• 5 years minimum experience in Contact Center Domain
• 2 years minimum working on Gen AI programs and adopting program management in GenAI Programs
• Strong technical fluency, able to work directly with engineering teams
• The ability to empower, mentor, and lead geographically dispersed teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent communicator - verbal and written and excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of visual design tools is a plus.
• Sharp analytical mindset.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
