The Alexa Connections team is building next‑generation experiences powered by LLMs and generative AI, enabling seamless, intelligent interactions across calling, messaging, announcements, and more.

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, TPM to lead a portfolio of high‑impact, cross‑functional programs and mentor a team of TPMs delivering AI‑driven communication products at global scale.

• Strong experience in Technical Program Management leadership.
• Track record delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional programs.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Passion for LLMs, AI/AGI, and customer‑facing innovation.
• Data‑driven, systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity.

• Build AI‑powered products used by millions.
• Work on 0→1 innovation with LLMs and AGI systems.
• Lead in a fast‑moving, high‑impact space.

• Lead and grow a team of 10+ TPMs.
• Drive end‑to‑end program execution (strategy → launch → metrics).
• Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and leadership.
• Own roadmap prioritization and portfolio management.
• Deliver scalable processes for agility, quality, and execution.
• Manage executive communication and stakeholder alignment.

About the team:
Alexa Connections is a highly distributed team across six Amazon‑approved sites. We have industry experts in real‑time communications, computer vision, media processing, consumer‑facing UX. • 15+ years experience in technical program/product management or software engineering.
• 7+ years experience managing technical teams, including managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex architectures and technologies.
• Experience leading large‑scale consumer‑facing products/services.
• Track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

• Experience with AI/ML, LLM, privacy/security technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Strong product sense and customer focus.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
