We're Hiring:
Cockroach DB Database Administrator
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deploy, and manage highly available Cockroach DB clusters across multi-region production environments.
- Optimize schema design, indexing strategies, and SQL query performance for distributed databases.
- Monitor cluster health, replication, Raft consensus, range distribution, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on schema migrations, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
- 5-10 years of Database Administration experience
- 2-5 years of Cockroach DB experience
- 2-5 years of PostgreSQL experience
- At least 1 year of Alibaba Cloud (Ali Cloud) experience
