Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders;deep expertise in domain.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical program management, product management, enterprise systems, infrastructure planning, operations, or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience defining business requirements for enterprise workflow systems, planning platforms, or operational tooling.
  • 5 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with enterprise planning systems, workflow automation, product management, or infrastructure planning platforms.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering teams to deliver enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience translating complex operational processes into scalable system capabilities.
  • Ability to improve organizational efficiency through automation, workflow redesign, and planning systems innovation.
  • Excellent systems thinking, product strategy, and executive communication skills.
