- Perform hardware-level diagnostics (power, thermal, component-level failure isolation) when needed
- Manage RMA and spares logistics, including inventory tracking and customer communication
- Build out troubleshooting guides, knowledge base content, and service best practices
- Support customer onsite visits, lab validation, POC testing, and deployment readiness reviews
- Help continuously improve support processes and overall customer experience

- Hands-on experience with core networking protocols:
BGP, OSPF, IPv6, VXLAN, EVPN, MPLS VPN, MLAG/VSU - Working knowledge of Linux, SONiC
, or other network operating systems - Strong cross-domain troubleshooting skills — hardware, software, and network layers

- Exposure to open/whitebox networking platforms
- Hands-on experience with Broadcom-based Ethernet switches and SONiC deployments
- Familiarity with EVPN-VXLAN fabrics and AI cluster networking architectures

You're a customer-first problem solver who's equally comfortable in a CLI as you are on a customer call. You like untangling hard technical issues, building trust across teams, and working in a fast-growing environment where the next challenge is always a little different from the last.
