• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers, technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture and project management in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience in an online advertising/customer growth role and familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
• Practical experience configuring, querying, or troubleshooting CRM architectures (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Klaviyo, or custom internal backends).
• Demonstrated coding ability with Java or Python, and database knowledge with the ability to construct complex SQL queries.
• Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.

Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As a Product Deployment Engineer, you will be a key advisor to Google’s customers and serve as the definitive regional service authority for a specific product area. You are the strategic bridge between what a customer wants and what gTech Ads has to offer within a specific product area, whether via the standing menu of service or our gTech Ads engineering capabilities.

You will have strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product strategies. You will develop high quality technical-product specifications that address complex business issues.
