As the Senior Product Manager for Storage at Core Weave, the leading cloud provider for AI companies worldwide, you will be a vital member of our Product Team, with a specific focus on elevating our high-performance cloud file and dedicated storage offerings.

This role demands a strategic blend of insight into AI-driven environments and a deep understanding of storage technologies, positioning you at the forefront of Core Weave's mission to deliver top-tier cloud solutions for AI and machine learning.

• Strategic Leadership:
  Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Core Weave’s storage offerings, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and market needs.
• Market Analysis:
  Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the storage domain. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning.
• Product Development:
  Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and launch storage solutions and features that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance.
• Customer Advocacy:
  Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track and analyze product performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future direction.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud storage or related fields.
• Strong understanding of storage technologies and trends, including file system storage and object storage.
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
