We are seeking someone with experience providing top notch customer service troubleshooting computer issues and offering technical support. This role will be handling infrastructure support (touch labor support for network, telecom, print, server), computer break/fix, and troubleshooting in an in-person setting.

• Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools. Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure
• Operating system expertise:
  Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple
• Network protocol
• Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
• Set up and configure PC's
• Image loading protocol
• LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups
• Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards
• Demonstrates excellent customer service
• Extensive job-related MS Office suite and Outlook usage

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus), and network experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of hardware repair and IT break/fix
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of Physical IT Hardware deployment and asset tracking

• Not afraid to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Experience working with Linux

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
