- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in optical design.
- Experience with system architecture for data center equipment (e.g., servers, switches, CPUs/accelerators, racks, PCIe, and tray-to-tray interconnects).
- Advanced degree in Physics Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Program Management of hardware or system integration projects.
- Experience in optical and high speed communication systems and corresponding components.
- Engagement with director level executives, with proven experience in executive-level communication
- Familiarity with various optical and electrical devices (lasers, modulators, high speed copper cable , passive devices, etc.), and corresponding dev cycle (including reliability/quality aspects).
