OverviewJoin our dynamic legal team and become a pivotal force in supporting product development across Amazon's innovative device family. In this Corporate Counsel role, you'll play a critical role in negotiating, drafting, and advising on complex legal matters that drive our technology and business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive legal support for manufacturing, procurement, and technology licensing initiatives globally
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and strategic insight
- Counsel business teams on intricate supply chain, intellectual property, and regulatory matters
- Proactively resolve legal challenges and manage potential pre‑litigation disputes
Your day will be a blend of strategic legal counseling, contracts negotiation, and collaborative problem solving. You will engage with cross‑functional teams, diving into legal challenges surrounding international consumer electronics manufacturing and supply chains as well as emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, ambient computing, wearables, and maturing areas like smart speakers, security cameras, tablets, TVs, and eReaders.

Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
- Experience in a mix of corporate law firm and in‑house work
- Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context
- Knowledge of manufacturing, international supply chain, and logistics

The base salary range for this position is $–$ USD annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Your package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
