- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain, including full product launches (NPI) and managing product phase‑outs (EOL).
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Operations roles within a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
- Experience in Data Center, Construction, Hyperscale Cloud Infrastructure, or large‑scale Capital Equipment supply chains.
- Experience in negotiating early funding and managing capacity across multiple, global suppliers.
- Ability to customize communications based on the audience, interacting effectively with technical, non‑technical, and executive groups.
- Drive material and supply chain readiness for a specific product area, ensuring a clear‑to‑build status for data center equipment.
- Develop and execute supply chain plans and strategies to enable global production ramp deployment of equipment to data centers.
- Serve as primary supply chain liaison with suppliers, managing production schedules and commitments against project delivery requirements.
- Develop and document the global supply chain map for each product, detailing suppliers, procurement models, lead times, logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment, and spares strategies.
- Work closely with Engineering, Planning, and Category Managers to deliver equipment and drive initiatives and process improvements to grow the team's scale and capability.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, create, educate, and promote Supply Chain principles and best practices with both internal partner organizations and external suppliers.
Google is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain readiness and execution for critical Data Center Equipment. This role focuses on large‑scale product types, including construction/building modules and high‑value equipment that form the backbone of the Google Data Center fleet.
In this role, you will be the primary liaison between Google and its suppliers, driving material, inventory, and production readiness from product inception through mass deployment. You will leverage your domain expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement to implement processes and systems that ensure efficient, timely, and high‑quality delivery of innovative products to our global data centers.
US salary range: $132,000 - $190,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
