• Manage the supply planning related activities for turnkey model supply chain, which includes forecast sharing and overseeing the Contract Manufacturer (CM) Purchase Order (PO) placement and supply expedite.
• Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between CM and OEM suppliers to ensure seamless PO placement and resolve any open issues for supply delivery.
• Own the strategy to improve the turnkey model in the supply planning space, influencing cross‑functional stakeholders including engineering, operations, finance, and commercial management.
• Manage and mitigate inventory liability, including excess and obsolescence, aging inventory, and material exposure risks inherent to the turnkey model.
• Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the CM, such as On‑Time Delivery (OTD), Purchase Order Acceptance Rate, and Forecast Accuracy.

US: $188,000 - $275,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
