What You’ll Do
The role sits within Core Weave’s data center delivery and supply chain organization, partnering closely with Project Management, Supply Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams. Your responsibilities include ensuring materials are planned, scheduled, and delivered in alignment with aggressive data center build timelines and cost objectives.
As a Master Scheduler, you will own the end‑to‑end master scheduling of raw material deliveries across multiple data center projects, generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), and coordinate cross‑functionally to guarantee on‑time, in‑full delivery. You will analyze project plans, forecast material requirements, track deliveries, resolve schedule conflicts, and adjust plans to mitigate risk and prevent bottlenecks.
Description of the TeamThe team is responsible for ensuring materials are aligned with on‑project requirements and lead to smooth execution of data center builds.
Who You Are- 3+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Strong experience creating Bills of Materials from engineering designs
- Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining master schedules for complex, multi‑project environments
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Experience forecasting material requirements based on project specifications and milestones
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using spreadsheets and related planning tools
- Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams including Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics
- Experience tracking material deliveries, managing exceptions, and implementing corrective actions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, construction, or large‑scale capital projects
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and material tracking tools
- Experience working with suppliers and external contractors
- You love building and maintaining complex schedules that keep large projects moving
- You’re curious about how materials, timelines, and execution come together at scale
- You’re an expert at anticipating risks and adjusting plans to keep projects on track
The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, the role includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
