We are seeking energetic and detail‑oriented material handlers to support our shipping & receiving, inventory, and production operations.

This position is in Sunnyvale, CA and will require you to be full‑time on‑site.

• Ensure raw materials, products, and consumables are documented, handled, and managed with extreme accuracy and care.
• Collaborate across departments with engineering, quality assurance, service, facilities, finance, and accounting to streamline efforts and foster growth.

• Rapidly understand current Knightscope processes to a deep level.
• Assist in improving those processes to optimize efficiency and improve quality.
• Assist with all inventory audits.
• Use Net Suite ERP to manage:
  Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and logistics.
• Assist in identifying and resolving non‑conformance issues.
• Understand Lean practices and continuous improvement activities - ensure the workplace remains tidy (5S).
• Directly contributes to key performance indicators (KPIs) and improves our performance.

• 1‑3 years’ experience material handling.
• 2+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Net Suite ERP, WMS, or similar enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of positively contributing and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with a complex set of objectives and a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, determination, and high attention to details.

• Base Salary: 23.00/hour to 24.00/hour (DOE).
