• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in procurement, process improvement, digital transformation, or related fields, focusing on defining and standardizing global procurement processes.
• Experience with end‑to‑end procurement processes, including defining procedures, workflows, and guidelines for procurement activities across multiple regions or functions.

• Advanced degree or certifications in Procurement, Process Improvement, Contract Management, or Information Technology.
• Experience managing a repository of procurement policies and updating them regularly.
• Experience in general product management, contract management, or contract lifecycle management, and contract templates.
• Knowledge of change management principles and experience driving change initiatives related to standardizing procurement policies and procedures.
• Strategic thinking skills, identifying long‑term goals for standardizing procurement processes and systems.
• Collaborate with Procurement and IT teams to coordinate procurement system integration and process automation. Stakeholder collaboration to design procurement processes and systems that enhance user experiences.

The Finance Operations team manages Google's cash transactions on a global basis and ensures that Google's incoming and outgoing cash processes are controlled, effective, and efficient. As a member of this team, you will find innovative ways to manage our complex set of transactions, improve process efficiency and scalability, and proactively reduce operational risk. You will collaborate with external workforce partners and internal teams across multiple areas of Financial Operations.

In the Google Procurement Organization (GPO), the Digital Experience team enables a consistent approach across the entire GPO through data insights, agile processes, and technology. In this role, you will define, standardize, and continuously improve GPO's capabilities via process and digital initiatives to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with GPO goals.

• Define end‑to‑end procurement processes across multiple regions or product areas/functions globally, establish standardized procedures, workflows, and guidelines for various procurement activities.
• Ensure global procurement processes align with the overall strategic objectives and goals of GPO, collaborating with stakeholders to match business needs.
• Identify opportunities for process automation within procurement using AI tooling; evaluate, select, and recommend new technologies or AI capabilities.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for the evolution and enhancement of procurement and contract lifecycle (CLM) systems, aligning technology initiatives with GPO’s long‑term goals.
• Manage CLM system enhancements and day‑to‑day vendor management of feature prioritization. Stakeholder management with Legal, Operations, and Procurement Engineering teams.

US: $140,000 - $205,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
