Automated Tool Accountability and Property Coordinator

Basic Qualifications

• Possess both Inventory and Equipment accountability experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous exposure to inventory accountability software.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (US citizenship required).

Automated Tool Accountability and Property Coordinator position in Sunnyvale, CA.

• Support the deployment and sustainment of Crib Master equipment across the enterprise.
• Serve as a liaison between management, project teams, planning, and outside suppliers.
• Serve as a focal point for hardware and software issues related to automated dispensing units.
• Support production work areas with the replenishment of tooling and consumable operating supplies.
• Support Property Accountability tasks for tagged equipment.

• General familiarity with manufacturing and test operations.
• Knowledge of Equipment Calibration recall processes, as well as Tooling applications.
• Ability to support shop floor control activity as well as participate in process improvements focused on enhancing material and equipment control in the production work area as well as in secure storage areas.
• Previous experience training others.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Previous exposure to inventory accountability software / SAP.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
